After months and months of looking for a decent builder and then a few more waiting for building consent to come through, it seems the pace is really picking up. We got quite the shock last night after arriving on site and discovering the walls had, quite literally, shot up! And the time spent creating a virtual 3D model of the house in order to test layout, colour schemes and furniture choices was worth every second. Walking through the house for the first time was like stepping into the 3D world! A very strange feeling standing inside the space you’ve thought about constantly for the last two years. And of course, muchly fantastic.
