Week 2 and it’s time to put in the piles (I don’t know what that means but I think it’s the bottom bit of the house) so we were visited by some big trucks. With lots of concrete. This was very exciting; even more so when they tried to leave. Turns out the driveway is quite steep and the gravel is quite slippy. Which meant quite a few attempts, some front wheels in the air and a final tow from the concrete pump. Oh and just to recap… we have foundations!
Enough space under house to put a gym. *plants thought*
