It’s been over a year now since we moved in and the question of what to do with the two acres of land that surrounds us is pretty much all we think and talk about. Most weekends are dedicated to the topic and activity. If Shane’s not mowing the never ending ‘lawn’, we’re digging, shovelling, planting or generally dragging stuff round.
Probably time for us to come up with a ‘plan’ so it was back to the desk to work out what we wanted and where. The best idea seemed to be to break things up into ‘stages’ and tackle one at a time, starting with the area directly surrounding the house itself. Some will involve third party help, a lot will just be us and our ‘his and hers’ shovels.
So there you go. Plans below. All we have to do now is do it. Yikes.
